My Coaching Approach
Running is your path to a better quality of life. As your coach, I support you in achieving your goals - with joy and without compromising your health. In doing so an open and honest communication is the basis for our mutual success. We can only optimise your training if we communicate openly about your progress, challenges and wishes.
Nobody owes me anything as a coach - neither a specific performance nor a specific result. It is important to me that you feel good and enjoy running. That's why my focus centres more on your body feeling than on bare figures. Naturally, progress can be measured, but your well-being and health always come first.

Your training, your life
Your everyday life is flexible, and so is your training. I customise the plan to your schedule, not the other way round. This way, running remains part of your life without restricting you.
